CBW Tip - Using colors to highlight profiles

Monday Morning ClientBase Tip:

Did you know you could use Colors to highlight specific clients or groups of clients in Clientbase?

Use colors to denote your top clients fo easy viewing in queries and also to Query specific gruops of clients.  You must have CB version 3.07.02 for this.

PLEASE DISCUSS WITH YOUR OWNER OR MANAGER BEFORE DOING THIS SO THAT EVERYONE IS USING THE SAME COLORS FOR THE SAME PURPOSE.

CBW Tip - Use attachments to save time

Monday Morning ClientBase Tip:

If you are not using the attachments functionality in ClientBase ResCards you are really missing out!

By attaching your confirmations, vouchers, and other communications to the ResCard they are ALWAYS at your fingertips, as well as available to another agent who might be covering for you.  If you have access to ClientBase at home, then these documents are also readily available.

With your FreedomVoice Cloud Based PBX system you can have additional phone numbers added for specific marketing purposes AND have them routed and programed however you choose!

Many of our clients use these extra numbers to promote in markets that are outside their Area Code, but still want to look "Local" to the callers.  Simply have an additional number added to your system for area code you desire.  These calls can be routed to ring through to your system as any other call would be, or it can be custom routed to a specific employee or group of employees and even have its own Voicemail and Greeting.
